Gifts by cheque or cash are receipted annually by mail by the end of February each year. Online gifts are receipted immediately by email. Monthly automatic credit card withdrawals are receipted annually by the end of February by email.

Each donation given towards a program or a project will go directly to that program or project. If there is an exception and it cannot be completed for any reason, the remaining contributions will be used where there is the most need, at the discretion of the Board.
