When can I expect to receive the tax receipt for my donation to iTeams Canada?

Gifts by cheque or cash are receipted annually by mail by the end of February each year. Online gifts are receipted immediately by email. Monthly automatic credit card withdrawals are receipted annually by the end of February by email.

I would like to support a person or project. How can I give?

Visit our Giving Page and enter the name of the project or person you would like to give to in the search box.

What is your Registered Charitable Number?

Our Charitable number is 12659 9919 RR0001.

How much of my gift goes directly to the program or project I want to support?

Each donation given towards a program or a project will go directly to that program or project. If there is an exception and it cannot be completed for any reason, the remaining contributions will be used where there is the most need, at the discretion of the Board.

Do you sponsor refugees?

iTeams Canada does not sponsor refugees to Canada. However, iTeams Canada works with refugees in Canada and overseas through community development projects.

Do you do relief ministry? Evangelism? Both?

International Teams Canada has various programs that seek to help meet the physical, economic, and spiritual well-being of everyone. We work in certain geographic areas meeting the needs of the poor and oppressed.

Do you do child sponsorship?

No, iTeams Canada does not do individual child sponsorship. iTeams Canada is committed to a program design approach that empowers indigenous leaders to bring about community transformation. By not doing individual child sponsorship, communities have the power to meet needs in unique and innovative ways that work within their own community.
